Big rooms with comfortable beds made my stay enjoyable. The location is spot on, just a short walk to all the city sights and great dining options. There were moments when the connection dropped, which was frustrating during my work calls. Also, parking was a hassle. I had to search for nearby options due to limited availability at the hotel. The staff's attitude seemed a bit off during busy times, which didn't help the situation. Despite these hiccups, the overall experience was positive with cozy rooms and good food.

Perfectly situated close to downtown and the old town. The breakfast was decent, with a variety of hot and cold dishes. An added bonus was the garage for our car, which was handy during our stay.

We had a fantastic stay with our teenage daughter! The hotel's location was perfect for exploring Lübeck, with easy access to all the attractions. Highlights included the plentiful breakfast buffet that kept us energized for our trips, and a unique trip to Travemünde that really showcased the charm of the area.

My kids wished for softer mattress options.
